Bourbon Barrel-Aged

      Maple Syrup

Our newest product!  We aged dark maple syrup in a single use bourbon barrel for six months.  This slow aging process allows the syrup to absorb the unique flavors from the oak barrel, resulting in a rich, distinct, delicious maple syrup!  Use in recipes, as a glaze over meats, in cocktails, over ice cream, pancakes and waffles, or fruit.  Use your imagination - this unique syrup lends itself to many dishes!

Granulated Maple Sugar

Granulated maple sugar is great for use in baking as a substitute for white or brown sugar or as a topping for desserts and snacks. Sprinkle it on oatmeal, toast, ice cream, popcorn, apple slices, or your favorite hot beverage! We use amber grade maple syrup to make light powdery "shaker sugar", with a consistency similar to confectioner sugar.  We also use dark grade maple syrup to make "shaker sugar" with a consistency more similar to brown sugar. Sugar made from darker grade syrup has a richer, more robust maple flavor. Shaker sugar is packaged in glass or plastic recyclable spice containers or in resealable, compostable cellophane bags. Contact us for custom orders!

Block Maple Sugar

-Available By Special Order Only-

Maple sugar blocks are a traditional, economical, and practical way to transport and store maple sugar (think sugar cubes!). Block sugar pieces can be reheated with water to make syrup or used as solid sugar. Blocks can be sliced into squares or chunks which are great for dropping into your favorite hot beverage! Block sugar can also be grated for use in baking or as a topping for oatmeal, cereal, or desserts. Block sugar was traditionally preferred due to being more convenient to transport than liquid and is now often preferred for being cheaper to ship!  Blocks are packaged in compostable cellophane bags or parchment paper. Contact us for custom orders, priced by the ounce.
