Pure maple sugar blocks are a versatile way to store and transport maple sugar. Blocks are made from concentrated syrup and have a texture similar to molded maple candy. Blocks can be grated and used as a topping for oatmeal or deserts, chopped into pieces and added to your favorite hot beverage, or heated with some water to make back into maple syrup!
 
Blocks are priced by the ounce and packaged in biodegradeable/compostable cellophane. Larger blocks can be custom made upon request!
